Another bokeh shot that I figured would looks good. After I started sharpening the image, I noticed there was lots of particles on the leaf that I wasn't too fond of. I had to back up a bit and then not make the image as sharp. I think it turned out better.

Fountain Water Falls

flickr - July 5, 2008 - 10:09

compscigrad posted a photo:

I decided I've taken too many close up shots and thought I'd throw the camera into shutter priority.

I took this shot at a higher speed than I'm accustomed to since everything I do is usually macro. I wanted to see what the water looks like as it falls from the top fountain pool to the bottom fountain pool.

I was surprised at just how turbulent the water gets right before it hits it's destination.

This rose was just so expressive. I looked at it and thought I had to capture it. I underexposed this shot a bit to give it a softer mood.

The pedals look so edible. haha. I'm weird.

compscigrad posted a photo:

I went to the Royal Botanical Gardens and took a bunch of shots of some pretty flowers and leaves. Had a fun time, but it was kind of hot out.

Here's a macro I took of some pollen in a flower that I can't recall the name right now. I thought it would make a good shot.
