The 'N' Word.. Never Acceptable
It's come to my attention that some people who I considered my friends still use the N word. I started thinking to myself 'when is it ever ok?'
Commedians use it and I never thought it was funny. Hip Hop artists use it and I never liked those lyrics.
I heard on the news that in Detroit, they had a funeral for the N word, and I thought that was a great idea. There's no need to use it. Ever. So why do some people still think it's ever okay, or even a good idea to use it?
News flash. It's NOT funny. Period. I don't go around saying racial/sexual epithets about anyone nor do I feel the need to in order to make someone laugh. Completely uncalled for.

I agree it is veri inappropriate and none of my friends use that word. What confuses me is those people that think its okay to use it but get upset if someone else says it. They are not going on logic if you ask me. I personally don't think that word will ever go away.
